Good + Plenty Producer's Club

The Good + Plenty Producer's Club is a collective of Manitoba's audio engineers and music producers who identify as 2Spirit, women, and gender-non-conforming. The collective seeks to learn the obstacles gender minorities face in the male-dominated audio industry and works to overcome these barriers through workshops, networking meetups, mentorship, and other educational initiatives. Locally, we have a Facebook group and email chain to keep everyone up to speed on our Manitoba-based programming, and nationally, we host a podcast interviewing gender minority producers and engineers from across the country to get to know their process, any obstacles they've faced in their journey, and encouragement for the next generation of up-and-coming producers.
